“Daro, the younger brother of the center’s founder, turned 34 this year. He was born in Iraq in 1990 and passed away in 2024. Daro moved to Stockholm, Sweden, 27 years ago. He had both autism and Down syndrome and was the driving force behind his brother’s decision to return home and open a center dedicated to providing essential services for children and teenagers with special needs.”
